Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed on the same day where possible. Please note most shops close on Friday and some on Friday and Saturday. We are also closed for public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, this may lead to delays. However, we will endeavor to get your products to you as quickly as possible. As most of the Vendors have been in business for many years, some for generations, customer service is our strong point.
Bahrain Delivery
There may be a nominal fee for small items. Any order placed during weekends or during public holidays, please note your order will be processed on the next available working day, we will endeavor to get your product to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Quotations for International Deliveries
We offer a bespoke international shipping service on some of our products. If a product states to “Contact Us” for an international shipping quotation. Please know that these products enable us to negotiate reduced shipping costs that we can pass onto our international customers. Yes we could install generic shipping fees, however we want to ensure that you receive the best possible shipping rate on the day.
At Souq2Door we offer unique products at bazaar prices and we believe you should also receive value for money during the shipping process.
To receive an international shipping quote, simply Contact Us select “request for a shipping quotation” from the drop down menu, enter your address and the SKU number of the product, how many pieces you want and we will take care of the rest. Trust us your pocket will thank you.
We currently ship to GCC, India, Sri Lanka, Western Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, our shipping destinations may increase in the future. Please note due to import restrictions in Australia and New Zealand, we are unable to ship mother-of-pearl inlay and bone inlay furniture items.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Your shipment depending on your shipping location, product and product cost may be subject to import duties and taxes. All fees imposed by your country during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Taxes, tariffs and customs duties which may be applicable at your country destination will be payable to the courier company upon delivery. Any applicable fees in relation to import VAT, tax or customs duties will be applied by your country of import not by Souq2Door or the vendor.
Damages
Souq2Door traders check each item for quality control prior to shipment, if you received your order damaged in anyway, please contact us for assistance and we will do our utmost to rectify any issues. Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods and Contact Us.
