This large decorative Arabic Calligraphy Pottery Jug was created by hand using traditional methods. The colour is olive green with a cream overlay. The overlay best shows off the hand-scribed Arabic Calligraphy. The Arabic Calligraphy is raised and tactile. This particular jug takes approx 2 weeks to create. The Arabic Calligraphy translates to: “In the name of God, The Gracious, The Merciful, Truly you (O Mohammed), you are one of the messengers”. The handle of the jug has a swirl at the base.
This large unique piece would look wonderful in any home or patio.
Care: simply use a household brush to gently dust.
